Silverlight Interface Creates an Engaging, Simple and Surprisingly Powerful Platform for the Smart Time Application

Smart WebParts today announced a major upgrade of their enterprise time capture software, Smart Time, Version 3. Noteworthy is the fact that Smart Time’s new user interface is built in Microsoft Silverlight 4. The new Silverlight interface creates a faster and more engaging experience for the Smart Time user.

Smart Time helps timekeeping professionals such as lawyers, accountants and consultants to construct complete and accurate timesheets. By polling across servers (Exchange, BES, DMS) and phone switches (VoIP and legacy), Smart Time provides timekeepers with a detailed journal of their daily work activities, which enables them to prepare complete and accurate timesheets. Since Smart Time finds missed or “leaked” time that might not otherwise get billed, it can increase a firm's billable hours and, ultimately, its profitability.
