SOS adds to customer services team as demand for SOS Connect grows
Global News

SOS connect logoBath-based Solicitors Own Software (SOS) is pleased to announce two new additions to its Customer Services team following a spate of contract wins from firms eager to change their current system and supplier for SOS ConnectTM, the integrated case and practice management system.

Rob Ainsworth has joined SOS from IRIS as a legal accounts trainer/consultant. Rob previously worked for over six years at SOS in customer support before leaving for a training role at AIM in 2006. He rejoins SOS after falling victim to redundancy following the take over by IRIS. Rob started in June and is helping to meet the high demand for SOS training following the consistently high demand for SOS Connect.

Also joining the SOS team is Matthew Ponting, an experienced legal cashier previously in a private practice who, like Rob, has joined SOS as a legal accounts trainer/consultant. Matthew’s eight years’ experience in legal cashiering was clocked up working in both a small London law firm as well as a large practice using SOS. His role is now to help train customers new to SOS Connect practice management as well as the increasing number of existing clients moving to SOS Connect.

David McNamara, managing director of SOS said: “Training our clients so that they are able to take advantage of the rich features of SOS Connect is one of the ways that they can reap the best return on their investments. Rob and Matthew bring a wealth of experience to SOS which will help us to respond to increasing demand and continue to maintain our high standards in training.”
