Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt to lead DTI’s Knowledge Solutions business unit

DTI, the nation’s largest private independent provider of e-discovery, legal process outsourcing and facilities management services, announced today that Lonnie Sapp has joined the company’s Knowledge Solutions business unit as senior managing director of operations.

Sapp brings rich management experience to DTI, having held numerous leadership and senior operations roles with leading services organizations. In those roles, he effectively introduced operating procedures and process controls that enabled rapid growth and unprecedented client satisfaction levels. Sapp has a proven track record of devising and overseeing groundbreaking outsourcing solutions for the institutional banking, health care and legal sectors. He is also a former United States Coast Guardsman and a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt.

In his new role, Sapp will drive operational excellence, consistency and best practices across the entire DTI Knowledge Solutions platform. His responsibilities will include oversight of all client engagements, including those on-site at client premises and those supported within DTI’s state-of-the-art network of Document Review and Knowledge Centers.
