Legal software provider moves EMEA headquarters to new offices in City of London
Intapp, a global leader in legal software, today announced its move into new offices in the City of London. Now in its seventh year of doing business in the UK, Intapp serves 63 major law firms across Europe, including 43 law firms ranked in The Lawyer UK 200.
Sheffield Hallam University has become the first in the UK to purchase dedicated legal software for use by its students. The university’s renowned department of law and criminology has its own student-led law firm, known as the Law Clinic, which is authorised and regulated by the SRA, with students working under supervision on a range of personal injury, housing, holiday, consumer and small claims cases on a pro bono basis.
Users of LOASys’ and DPS Software’s integrated solution are now able to perform dictations straight from their smartphones, from any location with or without Internet access- be it their office, court or home. The recent advancement in the integration of the two products- voice-recognition and case management software- allows fee earners to complete more work on the go, whilst also decreasing the administrative burden usually associated with the management of a case.
Regional law firm, Lance Mason Solicitors, has announced a 2,500% growth in headcount since implementing the Proclaim Practice Management Software solution from Eclipse Legal Systems. The Lancashire-based practice now employs approximately 80 members of staff, having started off as a niche, 3-person firm.
