London law firm Carter Lemon Camerons LLP has signed up for SOS Connect integrated practice management and matter management from Solicitors Own Software after switching from one of its competitors. The firm, which celebrates its centenary this year, carries out a full range of corporate, commercial and private client work from offices in the City.
“We saw several other providers and were most impressed with SOS. This continues to be the case, particularly in terms of the amount of attention we receive from directors and other senior people throughout the entire process,” says Chris Corney, partner in the commercial dispute team.
“They seem to put an awful lot of work into really understanding what solicitors actually do day to day and minute to minute.”
Carter Lemon Camerons is now in the implementation stage with SOS Connect and hopes to go live later in the year. London-based legal IT provider Accesspoint is assisting the process in terms of IT and infrastructure support.
