Doxly, a leading transaction management platform for the legal industry, today announces the addition of D. Wayne Poole (DP) as chief operating officer. Poole is a renowned sales executive who previously served as executive vice president of global sales strategy and operations at Salesforce and senior vice president of global operations at ExactTarget.

Poole joined ExactTarget in 2001 as one of the first ten employees and helped grow the startup to $400 million in revenue run rate, a successful IPO in 2012 and eventual sale to Salesforce for $2.5B during his 14 years at the company. Since leaving Salesforce in 2015, Poole has advised a number of companies through investment and operational oversight, most recently serving as interim Chief Revenue Officer for Seattle-based social media analytics leader Simply Measured.

This announcement follows the launch of Doxly’s Deal Insights and Digital Closing Books features in November. Poole plans to build out and grow the go-to-market organization quickly in early 2017.
