The accolade recognizes companies that implement and integrate knowledge management practices into business processes and work with clients to ensure they reach their goals.
The judges awarded Seal for its innovative technology that breaks through the hype to help customers gain powerful business intelligence and more effectively compete in fast-moving and dynamic business environments.
Seal won the award for its Contract Discovery and Analytics solution that uses artificial intelligence to help organizations find their contracts across the network, extract critical terms and provisions, index this information for easy search and review, and if desired, populate corporate repositories and business systems with contract data. With the Seal platform, companies can utilize previously buried contract intelligence to better business decisions and improve visibility into the risks, obligations, and opportunities held within contracts.
