Veteran software industry executive to lead continued global growth for HighQ

HighQ, a global leader in Software as a Service collaboration and content management solutions for the security-minded enterprise, announced today that HighQ’s Board of Directors has appointed Gregory P. Taylor as President and Chief Operating Officer effective immediately.

In this executive role Mr. Taylor will work alongside Ajay Patel, CEO and Co-founder, to drive the next phase of HighQ’s growth to capitalize on the large and growing market adoption of secure, compliant and high performance collaboration solutions in the US and globally. Mr. Taylor will oversee all commercial operations globally for the company, including marketing, sales, professional services, customer success and partnership organizations.

With over 30 years of operating experience, Mr. Taylor brings a distinguished record of leading and managing exceptional customer adoption, operational execution and results-driven financial performance for market-dominant global enterprise software companies.

Taylor joins most recently from Eka Software Solutions, a leader in enterprise Commodity Management and Analytics solutions which operates globally from 8 offices and with a staff of 400. As President and Chief Operating Officer he led a global transformation of the business including integration of two acquisitions.

Previously he notably served for over 6 years as Executive Vice President of enterprise software company Triple Point Technology, Inc.  Triple Point, based in Westport CT and employing over 900 staff in16 offices, is the global leader in Commodity Management solutions and honoree of the INC 500 Technology Company awards for 10 consecutive years.  At Triple Point, he led the company through 5x growth in revenue over a 6 year period and helped complete the successful sale of the company to a strategic acquirer.  He has also held management and sales positions at Datalogix International Inc., where he was a member of the management team that took the company public, Oracle and IBM.
