eDiscovery Platform Now Includes Custom Reporting and Visuals

Recognized as the most innovative application in kCura’s 2014 Innovation Awards, the Arq platform gives users their own eDiscovery hosting environments for a fixed monthly fee. The latest version of Arq delivers actionable business intelligence to Epiq’s managed services clients through new custom reporting and visualization features.
With Arq’s new custom reporting tools, law firms and corporate legal departments can save multiple dashboards and report by case, law firm, jurisdiction, matter type or multiple combinations. The cross-reporting aspect of Arq gives users a bird’s-eye view on data storage allocation, reviewer performance and the review environment as a whole.
The new reporting features in Arq also empower litigation professionals to see how many cases have been filed in a particular jurisdiction, how many times a lawyer has been in front of a particular judge and the types of cases that are filed in each jurisdiction. With this kind of insight, firms and corporations can make better business decisions by examining trends that could not be assembled previously.
Arq’s custom reporting can also be displayed in visuals: for example, users have the option to display a global view of custodians per matter or even an aggregated view of documents per custodian across all workspaces. These options give users the power to tell the stories that matter most to them, and in the format that makes the most sense for each project.
