Tikit, one of the world’s largest, and most established providers of technology solutions and services to legal and professional service firms, today announced that they have joined the Legal Technology Core Competencies Certification Coalition (LTC4™) as a vendor member.

LTC4 (a non-profit) has had a significant impact in raising awareness of core competency programs by developing industry-standard, workflow-based legal technology core competencies and certifications.

Tikit will initially be focusing on LTC4’s Time and Billing learning plan and certification. Peter Zver, president of Tikit’s North American team, said: “By partnering with LTC4 we can ensure that the core legal workflows completely align with our time capture software Carpe Diem and that we are directly servicing our legal global clients to provide the solution and training they need.”

“Bonnie Beuth, LTC4 founding member and Chairperson of the LTC4 Board, said: “We are pleased to welcome Tikit as a vendor member. Our goal for software vendors is to ensure that their applications reflect the industry standard competencies. Our members who want to get their lawyers certified in the Time & Billing learning plan will know that Carpe Diem is built with the features and processes needed to help their users achieve this. These type of partnerships benefit both the vendors and our members.”
