Iphelion are pleased to announce the latest release of their legal template management and document assembly platform for the legal industry, Outline. “Outline has been adopted by many of the UK’s leading law firms”, explained Andy Driskell, Iphelion’s Managing Director.

“This new release builds on what is considered by many legal IT directors to be the most robust, easy to use and cost-effective legal template management system available in the market.”

Some of the exciting new features are:

• Integration with our PitchPoint product allowing quick drafting and automation of pitch and bid documents
• New SmartBlocks allow you to place wizards, content and workflow not just onto templates, but onto Quick Parts as well. This opens the door to dynamic insertion of signature images, paragraphs that can pull information from third party systems and a lot more.
• NetDocuments profile control now has the ability to search and select workspaces that are not in your favourites or recent lists
• New image picker question supporting single and multiple image selections within sub-folders making working with images far easier
• New building block repeater and building block table renderer supporting more advanced layout options for your templates
• Outline Designer has had a visual overhaul to make the most of the available space in the panel
• Drag and drop ordering added to wizard controls
