Catalyst Unveils Results-Side Analytics and Showcases Continuous Active Learning in its TAR Technology at ILTA
Global News

Catalyst logoCatalyst Repository Systems—known worldwide for designing, hosting and supporting the world’s fastest and most powerful document repositories for large-scale discovery, regulatory compliance—will unveil a major enhancement to its e-discovery platform, Catalyst Insight, during the 37th Annual ILTA Education Conference.

Results-side analytics provide a powerful new way to refine search results, enabling users to quickly cull and narrow document sets and reduce the cost and time of review.

The addition of results-side analytics to Catalyst Insight will now empower users to more quickly cull and filter search results and produce charts that provide on-the-fly visual analysis of results. Results-side analytics enable visual navigation of data while helping you quickly narrow down results for early case assessment, internal investigations, compliance requests and more.

Also at ILTA, Catalyst will showcase its next-generation technology-assisted review platform, Insight Predict. Predict's TAR 2.0 technology uses “Reinforcement Learning,” an advanced, patent pending Continuous Active Learning (CAL) process that overcomes the inefficiencies and limitations of first-generation TAR systems. A recently published peer-reviewed study concluded that CAL produced superior results over other forms of TAR. Predict is also the only TAR product on the market that uses contextual diversity sampling, a process that combats bias in sampling by identifying clusters of unseen documents.
