ARX, the global leader in digital signature solutions, is proud to announce the latest releases of the CoSign digital signature solution and the CoSign Web App, as well as a new CoSign Signature API.

The CoSign product line is continuously being enhanced and extended in order to maintain its status as the strongest digital signature solution available on the market.

Improved security features that meet all the requirements for receiving the Common Criteria EAL4+ rating. With these features, CoSign becomes the first remote signing product to comply with the newly enacted European eIDAS (Electronic Identification and Trust Services for Electronic Transactions in the Internal Market) regulation.

The new version of CoSign Web App adds the ability to digitally sign Word and Excel documents online in their native format without the need to convert them to PDF files. The new version also includes the ability to use it at the point-of-sale so that one-time signers, such as customers, clients and patients, can apply their graphical signature using a touch screen or tablet. The organization’s employee or agent then seals the document by applying their own digital signature.

The new Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) feature enables organizations using CoSign Central and CoSign Cloud to utilize the ADFS single sign-on environment. After configuring ADFS, documents can be signed with CoSign using the signer’s regular Active Directory name and password.

The API enables users to sign PDF, Word, Excel, XML and other data types, verify signatures, and manage their graphical signatures and passwords. The new protocol can be used with both CoSign Central and CoSign Cloud.

“ARX is continuously introducing new products and improving existing products in order to meet the market’s evolving requirements, with the goal of providing signers with maximum ease-of-use alongside the highest levels of security,” said Tal Yas’ur, VP Products at ARX. “I am sure that our multiple new products and features will make the CoSign experience better than ever.”
