Information Management and Legal IT specialist Phoenix Business Solutions has announced that Global Sales Director Mathew Crocker has been appointed as CEO following the board’s acceptance of Jason Petrucci’s resignation.
Crocker co-founded Phoenix in 2003 and has been responsible for coordinating sales strategy across the company’s territories of EMEA, AsiaPac and the Americas where he has overseen a period of strong growth and rapid expansion in all regions.
Petrucci’s departure follows over 20 years in the legal IT sector, seven of them at Phoenix. He will be taking up a leadership role with a global cloud services company in an unrelated market. The board of directors would like to thank Petrucci for his contribution at Phoenix and wish him every success in the future.

Crocker’s new role is effective immediately.
