InOutsource Leverages Information Governance Expertise to Increase Revenue, Clients in 2015
USA/Canada News

InOutsource logoInOutsource, a trusted consulting and technology implementation services company, announced accomplishments such as the addition of Am Law 100/200 clients and large Canadian law firms, a record number of Intapp Open implementation projects and a new partnership with FileTrail supported the company’s accelerated growth and increased revenue in 2015.

“Due to drivers such as security concerns, increased competition for legal services and the growing amount of electronic client matter data, law firms face the incredibly complex task of establishing and supporting modern new business intake and information governance initiatives,” commented Nancy Beauchemin, CRM, founder and president of InOutsource. “Our expertise in best practices consulting and technology implementation enables law firms to create and implement comprehensive information governance policies and re-imagined conflicts of interest and new business intake practices. With the heightened awareness of how critical information governance in a legal environment is, we anticipate our growth to continue in 2016 and beyond.”

Growth in Revenue, Clients and Employees

In 2015, InOutsource realized a 16 percent increase in revenue and grew its client list by 50 percent. The company’s clients now include more than 85 Am Law 100/200 clients and 10 of Canada’s largest law firms. To accommodate the increase in law firm clients, the company hired 13 new employees in 2015 to support information governance consultation, implementations and project management. The company nearly doubled the size of its physical office space in Philadelphia to accommodate the increase in new employees.

InOutsource also handled various initiatives around information governance needs assessment, cost containment, new business intake process design, policy and procedure development and records management implementations.

Intapp Open Projects

InOutsource completed deployments of three Intapp Open implementations in 2015, including one for an Am Law 100 firm, one for an Am Law 200 firm and one for a leading Canadian law firm. The projects include services such as improving new business intake and conflicts management processes, a comprehensive data integrity analysis and custom conflict of interest report development.

“The complexity surrounding new business intake and conflicts clearance requires a depth of experience in legal operations and professional responsibility rules,” commented Eric Mosca, CRM, director of operations for InOutsource. “InOutsource offers a deep bench of subject matter experts in this area, accompanied by the necessary technical expertise to ensure that an Intapp Open implementation is handled on time and on budget for effective new business intake and conflicts clearance results.”
