InOutsource Experts to Examine Information Governance and Business Intake Challenges at ILTACON

ILTACON, scheduled for Aug. 30 – Sept. 3 in Las Vegas, welcomes more than 1,400 IT, litigation support, library, records management and legal professionals. The conference provides educational, peer-driven programming around four areas of discipline that include information management, business management, applications/desktop and technology operations.

InOutsource will also exhibit at the conference (booth 716) and offer demonstrations by appointment of the records management solution FileTrail on Aug. 31 and Sept. 1.

Session 1: Building Information Governance Like “Ocean's Eleven,” Aug. 31, 1 p.m. PDT

Nancy Beauchemin, CRM, president and founder of InOutsource, will join the panel discussion for “Building Information Governance Like ‘Ocean's Eleven.’” The session, scheduled for Aug. 31 at 1 p.m. PDT, will explain how to assemble the perfect team for IT governance, risk and compliance (GRC) in law firms and corporate law departments. It will also explore how to manage key players and properly divide the varied responsibilities. Panelists for the session include Beth A. H. Faircloth of Seyfarth Shaw LLP, Tim Schank of Vedder Price P.C. and Stuart Senator of Munger, Tolles & Olson LLP.

On Sept. 3 at 2:30 p.m. PDT, InOutsource’s director of operations Eric Mosca, CRM, will join an esteemed panel of law firm experts to discuss “Better Business Results through Better Business Intake.” Mosca will delve into the new pressures law firms face in regard to client intake and business efficiency and how technology can play a significant role in enabling quicker, more adaptable business acceptance and workflow execution. Joining Mosca for the presentation will be Chad Ergun of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, LLP, Paul E. Davis of Baker Donelson Bearman Caldwell & Berkowitz, Patrick Archbold of Intapp and Meg Block of Intapp Risk Practice.

Mosca has more than a decade of experience in new business intake and information management consultation. His experience includes conducting comprehensive analyses of new business intake, conflicts and records operations, developing policies and procedures and providing software development, implementation and testing.
