kCura, developers of the e-discovery software Relativity, today announced that Nichols Kaster has licensed Relativity. Nichols Kaster represents plaintiffs throughout the United States in individual and class action employment, consumer, and whistleblower claims.
As a fully featured, web-based e-discovery platform, Relativity allows users to create and automate custom workflows, take advantage of a complete set of text analytics capabilities including computer-assisted review, and make use of fully integrated processing capabilities—so case teams can ingest data and begin review quickly without leaving the system.

They looked for software that would be flexible enough to handle a wide range of cases and allow them to collaborate better with remote team members and partner firms.
