LDiscovery, LLC Announces Acquisition of Turnstone Solutions

LDiscovery, LLC, a leading provider of eDiscovery services, today announced its acquisition of Turnstone Solutions, a Manhattan based eDiscovery services provider. Turnstone’s clients include large regulated corporations, non-regulated companies and law firms.

Brian Gray, Chief Executive Officer of Turnstone, has been a leader in eDiscovery business development for approximately ten years, possessing a thorough understanding of the EDRM which has resulted in extensive relationships with both corporate and law firm leadership.

Turnstone Solutions will maintain its brand name after joining the LDiscovery family of companies which now includes AlphaLit, a full service eDiscovery company based in Ambler, Pennsylvania, Flash Data Solutions, a New York based eDiscovery company, and most recently, RenewData, a legal consulting and technology company, based in Austin, TX, with solutions that address the full spectrum of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM).

Aaron Gardner, Turnstone’s Chief Operating Officer, and previously the Discovery Services Manager at a AMLaw 200 law firm, will be joining as a VP in LDiscovery’s Enterprise Solutions Group, led by Senior VP, Hemanth Salem.
