Based on Traveling Coaches’ renowned best practices for user adoption of complex technology, the Office 2010 User Adoption Materials are a collection of communications, marketing, pre-learning, classroom and floor support tools which are legal-specific and delivered in soft copy for easy customization by law firms. A project team composed of Parker McCay staff and Traveling Coaches team members customized the materials and communication pieces to fit the specifics of the project, saving Parker McCay significant time and cost associated with developing these tools from scratch.
