Traveling Coaches, the internationally recognized training, application configuration and user adoption consulting partner to law firms and corporate legal departments, announced Mount Laurel, New Jersey based Parker McCay LLP contracted a combination of training and user support services as well as the popular Office 2010 User Adoption Materials to ensure rapid and complete user adoption of Office 2010.
Based on Traveling Coaches’ renowned best practices for user adoption of complex technology, the Office 2010 User Adoption Materials are a collection of communications, marketing, pre-learning, classroom and floor support tools which are legal-specific and delivered in soft copy for easy customization by law firms. A project team composed of Parker McCay staff and Traveling Coaches team members customized the materials and communication pieces to fit the specifics of the project, saving Parker McCay significant time and cost associated with developing these tools from scratch.
“Parker McCay, P.A. chose Traveling Coaches because of their experience and knowledge of the legal industry, as well as their recognition as a vendor leader with the International Legal Technology Association (ILTA). Working with Traveling Coaches has saved the firm time and money by handling almost every aspect of user adoption, education, and training. This allowed the IT Department to focus on implementation and overall project milestones.”
“This is our first engagement with Parker McCay and we are excited to have the opportunity to partner with them on their Office 2010 rollout” added Gina Buser, Chief Executive Officer for Traveling Coaches. “We really enjoy working with their team and we hope we can partner again in the future.”
