Hyperion Global Partners, a premier business and technology consulting practice to the legal profession, announces the company will be kicking off their Global Thought Leadership Series for 2013 in New York City on Monday, January 28. Hosted in various cities across the globe, these events bring together legal technology and practice managers in a roundtable format to discuss timely and compelling topics facing the industry. The New York event will be on the topic of “’New’ e-Discovery Review Concepts – Technology, Workflow and Support.”

The roundtable will discuss both the benefits and challenges of e-Discovery Review Concepts such as TAR, ECA, and Predictive Coding. Participants will discuss how to decide to implement new technologies; the challenges of supporting those technologies; how to get legal teams to accept new review workflows; and how litigation support teams can manage their needs. The featured speakers include:

  • Olivia Gerroll, Managing Director, Litigation Strategy & Management at Hyperion Global Partners
  • Mike Finesilver, Director of Practice Support at Lowenstein Sandler LLP
  • Ralph Schroeder, Managing Director, Hyperion Research at Hyperion Global Partners
  • Eyal Iffergan, President of Hyperion Global Partners

“Our 2012 thought leadership series was hugely successful and widely embraced; we are looking forward to growing and expanding the depth and breadth of these events in 2013,” stated Iffergan. “We are excited to bring this next event to New York City during a very exciting time of the year and discussing a topic that is top-of-mind for many legal technology professionals. These events really give us a great opportunity to have a closely collaborative conversation among like-minded people dealing with the same sets of issues.”

The company is planning on hosting ten more events in 2013 in cities across the United States. These events are applicable for legal managers, administrators, directors and officers. The New York e-Discovery event is specifically targeted for litigation support managers, electronic discovery service professionals, litigation attorneys and paralegals, CIO’s, CKO’s, IT directors, and administrators.
