Traveling Coaches, the internationally recognized experts on user adoption of technology by law firms and in-house legal departments, announced Minneapolis-based Foley & Mansfield has purchased its CLASSe eLearning program to enhance the national Firm’s continuing education programs.
Traveling Coaches’ industry-leading CLASSe (Continued Learning and Software Skills) program is a collection of short, interactive, legal specific eLearning briefs. The CLASSe briefs complement the Firm’s service desk by providing busy lawyers and staff a resource for just-in-time training and support for specific Office task-related questions.
“Foley & Mansfield’s focus is to deliver leading edge technology,” says Randall Kalik, Director of Technology Services. “The firm acquired CLASSe content because it effectively and efficiently provides core business education training materials for our lawyers and staff. CLASSe gives us a broad range of key topics that align with our core business solutions and processes, allowing our firm to stay ahead of the curve by empowering users with knowledge.”
CLASSe currently consists of over 2,000 eLearning lessons, covering topics from Microsoft Office applications to document management systems and Word productivity tools. The materials are legal specific and customizable. By purchasing CLASSe, Foley & Mansfield will avoid the cost and time associated with developing these tools from scratch.
“We are thrilled that Foley & Mansfield have chosen CLASSe to implement the Firm’s continuing education programs,” added Gina Buser, Chief Executive Officer of Traveling Coaches. “To ensure success, we have crafted our materials using proven best practices and designed them in a format that law firms can implement right away. We believe that CLASSe will add significant value to Foley & Mansfield’s technology learning and support offerings to their users.”
