Kira logoqArent Fox LLP has announced its adoption of Kira, AI-powered contract review and analysis software, as part of an on-going commitment to innovate and transform their client-focused legal service delivery model.

Kira’s award-winning technology uncovers information in contracts – even when the wording varies from document to document. Lawyers use Kira to help automate the extraction and analysis of key provisions from both structured and unstructured contracts, accelerating and improving the accuracy of due diligence, deal points studies, general contract reviews, regulatory compliance and more.

“Kira is an amazing tool. It has streamlined the due diligence process so that we can better coordinate large contract review projects. With Kira, associate time is spent on substantive legal analysis rather than tedious and expensive word processing exercises to summarize key contract provisions,” said Rich Gale, Partner at Arent Fox.

Arent Fox plans to leverage Kira to help streamline the review process and increase accuracy in conducting due diligence for mergers and acquisitions, real estate deals and other transactions. Kira will assist in tasks such as reviewing existing contracts, extracting provisions, tracking renewals, and building a contract database to allow the firm’s attorneys to identify for the client those contracts that need attention.

“We are thrilled to be working with such an innovative and talented law firm,”said Noah Waisberg, Co-Founder and CEO at Kira Systems. “Arent Fox is clearly dedicated to delivering its clients world-class service through innovative methods, and we are pleased that they have adopted Kira to support this commitment.”
