LN logoNew High Value InterAction Product Enhancements Makes CRM Easier and More Efficient for Law Firms

As legal professionals face increasing pressure to win and grow business in a fiercely competitive legal market, LexisNexis® Legal & Professional today announced it has added several new high-value product enhancements to its InterAction® CRM software portfolio.

The enhancements are part of an ongoing investment LexisNexis is making across the InterAction CRM software portfolio to help attorneys, business development professionals, legal marketing professionals and their support staff manage business development processes and law firm CRM in a much more efficient, simple and productive way.

“A new CounselLink study from LexisNexis indicates law firm consolidation is on the rise,” said Toni Minick, Director of Product Management for InterAction. “In this ultra-competitive legal market, law firms can’t afford to be bogged down by incorrect or inaccurate client contact information or marketing lists. These new enhancements are invaluable because they help alleviate this burden on firms, so busy attorneys and BD professionals can focus their attention on the all-important task of generating new business.”

InterAction Enhancements Improve Data Quality, Reliability and Law Firm Efficiency

In addition to improving the quality and reliability of law firm contact data, law firm marketing professionals who use the InterAction CRM software will experience better management of their marketing workflows and increased efficiencies as a result of these new enhancements. In addition, InterAction users will experience better segmentation and categorization capabilities to assist with one-on-one-marketing communications and improved archiving capabilities to streamline the firm’s archiving processes.

Among others, new features and enhancements added to the InterAction CRM software portfolio include:

  • Introducing Contact Data Normalization. The new InterAction Data Normalization feature lets firms automatically standardize how they want contact data to be displayed and stored. This lets the system make corrections instead of a person. Information that is normalized includes job title, street address, state, country, and title prefix. In addition, data normalization rules now get applied to incoming contact data from InterAction IQ, InterAction for Microsoft® Outlook® (IMO), InterAction Mobility and the InterAction Web Client. Firms can also apply the new normalization rules to their existing contacts. This not only alleviates the time and cost associated with having to manually enter this information, but ensures the data is more accurate and standardized.
  • Google Chrome™ Browser Support. Google Chrome is the browser of choice for many law firms today, and the InterAction Web Client now supports its use.
  • Segmentation and Archiving. Better segmentation and categorization capabilities assist with one-on-one marketing communications and improved archiving capabilities streamline the firm’s archiving processes.

“We are excited to provide these new high value enhancements to our InterAction customers,” said Ms. Minick. “We will continue to listen to the needs of our customers and invest in tools that will help them succeed, no matter what market dynamics they are faced with.”
