DocAuto Releases Helm 5.0 with Role Based Security

DocAuto, a globally trusted leader of Enterprise Content Management solutions and services, has released version 5.0 of their popular Helm application. Helm 5.0 includes Role based security to allow multiple roles to be defined, each with different permissions and granular control over which UI components are visible to each role.  

This allows administrators to limit which users have access to which features and can restrict users, such as Support, to have read-only access. Helm 5.0 also includes additional IDOL maintenance jobs, and e-mail alert and graph overview enhancements. 

Helm continuously monitors iManage Work service components, Microsoft SharePoint services, SQL Server, all types of IDOL environments, and more, to provide a truly comprehensive view of system performance in one powerful interface. Originally released in 2013, Helm helps numerous AMLAW 200 firms optimize system performance and avoid issues that may cause system downtime.
