XDD continues growth strategy in key West Coast markets and specialized service areas

Xact Data Discovery (XDD), a leading international provider of eDiscovery, data management and managed review services for law firms and corporations, announced today the company has acquired F1 Discovery, LLC. Based in San Francisco, F1 is a specialized provider of eDiscovery services to law firms and corporate clients.

The transaction was closed April 25, 2016.

The purchase of F1 is the latest move by XDD to continue its aggressive growth strategy. In January the company acquired Utah-based Orange Legal Technologies, a premier provider of discovery services for litigation, audit and investigation support with specialized offerings to select industries including pharmaceutical/medical devices; financial services; oil/gas/energy; and intellectual property, antitrust and litigation. XDD also continues its organic growth with ongoing investments in infrastructure, including expansion of its domestic review capabilities and managed review services, along with investments in human capital, including the recent launch of a new training and development program.

The integration of F1 with XDD has already begun, so that F1 clients will immediately benefit from having direct access to the broader infrastructure and technology resources offered by XDD. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
