nQueue Grows Market Share by Taking Clients From Competitors

nQueue, the leading provider of cost recovery and document scanning and routing technology, today announced outstanding new business growth in the first quarter of 2015. The quarter was highlighted by the arrival of eight new customers taken from competitors, including one Am Law 100 law firm.

nQueue's leadership believes that the results are, at least in part, due to lack of direction and inferior client service at nQueue's major competitors, both of which have been purchased by the same company. "We suspected there would be integration challenges. The marketplace is starting to take notice and firms are switching," said Rick Hellers, nQueue's President & CEO.

nQueue's solutions now include cost recovery as well as document scanning and routing. "We have worked hard to evolve from delivering only cost recovery to a suite of print, scan and document routing solutions," said John Gilbert. "Our team has done a great job of continuing to educate the marketplace and demonstrate the power of our solutions." nQueue remains the only provider with an integrated, embedded cost recovery and scan solution.

The first quarter was also highlighted by the launch of iA Print Anywhere, which reduces cost and waste while improving security by disassociating the sending of a print job from the releasing of it at a network device. The company also announced the integration of its iA Scan Manager powered by iA Route with Microsoft SharePoint.

The company continued its outstanding performance in providing support to its customers, with more than 95 percent of issues resolved on the first call. "Our customer service provides us with an enormous competitive advantage," added Hellers.
