Venio Systems, the leading provider of integrated e-discovery software for corporations, law firms and service providers, today announced the hiring of Robert Childress III as its Senior Vice President, Marketing and Sales. Childress will be responsible for driving revenue for the company and building relationships with its partners.
Robert Childress has been in legal technology since 1996 and is one of the most influential people in the field. He was co-founder and president of Wave Software for seven years and continues to own and lead the Masters Conference, which he founded in 2006 and is now the most respected conference in the legal technology industry.
“Robert has more experience and connections in legal technology than almost anyone. He is one of the true trailblazers in our industry, in both discovery software and education,” says Bimal Tamrakar, Venio’s President and Chairman. “Robert built the Masters Conference from scratch and was the driving force behind the rapid growth at Wave Software. He has the experience and expertise to help our company meet our goals.”
