Ranking Validates Sustained Growth of Catalyst Cloud-based E-discovery Software

For the fourth consecutive year, Inc. magazine named Catalyst Repository Systems, Inc.—the leader in secure, cloud-based e-­discovery software that simplifies e-discovery for corporate counsel and law firms—to the Inc. 5000, an exclusive ranking of the nation's fastest-growing private companies. Among private companies overall, Catalyst ranked 3,484.

Catalyst retained its place on the list by maintaining impressive growth throughout the 2009-2012 period measured by the survey. A key driver of Catalyst's growth during the last year has been the launch and popularity of its innovative e-discovery platform, Catalyst Insight. In its ranking, Inc. reports that Catalyst realized a three-year growth rate of 88% and 2012 revenue of $34.9 million.

The 2013 Inc. 500|5000 is ranked according to percentage revenue growth when comparing 2009 to 2012. To qualify, companies must have been founded and generating revenue by March 31, 2009. They had to be U.S.-based, privately held, for profit, and independent—not subsidiaries or divisions of other companies—as of December 31, 2012.
