nQueue Billback, the leading provider of software-based cost recovery systems today announced the appointment of Anthony Barrett as a Business Development Manager for EMEA. Barrett has served the legal industry for more than a decade and will be based at the company’s London office.

Barrett is an experienced legal IT sales and marketing executive, having served in that role at Copitrak Systems, a London-based reseller of time capture and cost recovery products, before moving to Thomson Reuters and most recently Phoenix Business Solutions. "Tony is one of the best networkers I’ve ever known," said Stewart Hadley, Vice President, EMEA at nQueue Billback. "He builds relationships and takes the type of consultative approach that clients appreciate. I very much look forward to working with him again."

Barrett will focus much of his attention on the European market, leveraging nQueue Billback’s position as the only truly global provider of cost recovery services.
