Konexo and Diligent launch ‘client first’ global partnership

Konexo, developed by Eversheds Sutherland, has partnered with Diligent Corporation, the leading governance software company, to create an enhanced and robust offering for its corporate secretarial clients.

Unique in the market, this innovative collaboration will combine core capabilities from each organisation to develop a new global and integrated approach for clients. Diligent offers a secure, technology-led solution to track and manage corporate data and board papers, making them available to the client and its stakeholders 24/7/365 from any location. This will be complemented by Konexo’s dedicated entity management expertise to advise and implement corporate secretarial compliance and governance practices in over 100 jurisdictions through Eversheds Sutherlands’ independent global network.

Konexo will also help clients by taking ownership of Diligent’s software, facilitating the extraction of valuable Management Information (MI) for client stakeholders to create bespoke regular reporting, group structure charts and automated data validation.
