USA/Canada News

TCDI logoTCDI, a leader in litigation technology and services for mass tort management, second requests, complex litigation and MDL case management, today announces the company is launching Fox, an affordable end-to-end discovery solution for the legal industry, at Legaltech New York.

A beta version of the product was launched in late 2015, and now the full version is available to the industry. Geared to the midtier corporate and law firm market, Fox brings together data processing, complex databases, workflows and review strategies in one simplified SaaS product to streamline the review process. Fox ensures all cases are given access to the best available technology, including CAAT® analytics, at predictable pricing so they can be properly litigated and defended on merit.

“We have worked as a litigation partner with our clients for the past 30 years, and we were seeing a need in the market for a solution that would help the midtier,” states Bill Johnson, CEO, founder, and president of TCDI. “As a result, we developed Fox. We are so excited to bring this product to market as it is truly something that was developed to fulfill a direct need. Now midtier law firms and corporations can have access to a product that is simple and straightforward, while taking advantage of the technology background of a proven and trusted company. As a result of the development of this product, we believe litigation is now available for more cases.”

In addition to having demos of Fox available in its booth (#1311) at Legaltech New York, the company is partnering with ALM to bring a Fox Hunt to the event. Attendees will receive texts throughout the event to learn more.
