Founder and CTO to discuss emerging data discovery technologies for small and medium-sized businesses

Sonian, the pioneer in cloud-powered email archiving, today announced that the company’s CTO and founder, Greg Arnette, will present at LegalTech, the premier event for the intersection of legal and information technology professionals.

The event, which will be held February 4-6 at the Hilton New York, will highlight new and upcoming technologies for the legal sector.

What:   In a panel entitled “Illuminate Dark Data & Accelerate Discovery,” experts will explore emerging tactics and techniques to illuminate “dark data” and accelerate both investigation and negotiation. Arnette will explain the ways that fast and accurate search, automated policy control and the dynamics of cloud computing, while creating many complexities for counsel, have also enabled new opportunities to better determine “what happened” and “what was said and by whom,” thereby enabling expedited discovery through actionable insight. Experts will discuss how this creates real advantage to counsel in advance of pre-trial conferences or ‘meet and confer’ sessions, and greatly improves the probability of a positive outcome, especially for SMBs involved in periodic litigation.
