DTI, the nation’s largest private independent provider of facilities management, e-discovery and litigation services and knowledge solutions inclusive of on-site and off-site word processing, announced today it has signed an agreement to provide on-site management services to the law firm Davis & Gilbert LLP in New York.
DTI is contracted to deliver staffing and management of the firm’s office services and records department with full-time positions. This is the first time Davis & Gilbert has outsourced management services.
Davis & Gilbert CFO Joseph Tesoriero and CIO Lance Rea selected DTI from among numerous vendors for the contract based on DTI’s quality, approach and experience. It was determined that DTI is the best fit to help the firm achieve its goals to increase efficiency in the contracted service areas and improve service delivery to all Davis & Gilbert practice groups and departments, while better managing costs. Among other things, DTI will provide improved training and best practices experience to the firm’s office services and records operations.
The agreement was signed in January and the transition was completed, with DTI beginning services to the firm on March 1.
