Rich Rifkin joins Reynen Court to lead global sales
USA/Canada News

Reynen Court logoReynen Court LLC, the pioneering technology company backed by a consortium of nineteen leading global law firms, today announced that former Thomson Reuters sales executive Rich Rifkin has joined to lead global sales.

"As we turn from developing to launching our platform," commented Reynen Court founder and CEO Andrew Klein, "we are proud to welcome Rich to our management team. With decades of enterprise sales experience in the legal and professional services markets, he will help us build and maintain relationships with a wider community of law firms and corporate legal departments."

"After 18 months of development, and with more than 80 third-party legal tech vendors working towards making their products available in the Reynen Court platform," Klein continued, "we are going live at the end of summer with four "Beta" launches of the platform.  Once those initial launches are stable, we launch the balance of our consortium firms in accordance with existing contracts.  Meanwhile, we expect Rich to build a pipeline of additional firms for launches in early 2020."

The Reynen Court platform makes it easy for law firms and legal departments to adopt and manage modern cloud-based software applications without having to trust firm or client content to the rapidly growing universe of SaaS providers.  The platform combines an application catalog featuring curated content with a powerful control panel that orchestrates for computing to take place within private clouds under each law firm’s direct control while automating subscription management and provisioning and providing telemetry and enhanced interoperability between and among applications.

At Thomson Reuters, Rich held several positions over the years, including Director of Front Office Sales for a suite of Elite products (2013 to 2019), Director of Global Sales for a suite of Business Development and Marketing products (2010 to 2013) and Vice President of Sales for Contact Networks (2006 to 2010).  Previously, Rich worked at Hummingbird/Open Text, Intrafed, Wang and the US State Department.  He is a graduate of University of Maryland.

“I am incredibly excited to join Reynen Court," commented Mr. Rikfin.  "Their reception across the entire industry has been overwhelming and the potential impact the platform will have seems limitless.   The challenges facing IT organizations will continue to grow as AI and other new technologies proliferate.  Reynen Court is uniquely positioned to be the key technology partner as firms and legal departments race to modernize the practice of law."

Rich will work from New York City where Christian Lang and other members of Reynen Court's "Go-To-Market" team are based.
