LexInsight is proud to announce the appointment of Eileen Hennessey as its Head of Customer Success. Joining LexInsight in February 2018, Eileen has quickly shown her vision and leadership.
As the newly appointed Head of Customer Success, she will spearhead LexInsight’s client and contractor engagement strategy to ensure sustainable growth of their on-demand marketplace for top legal talent. Based at LexInsight’s headquarters in San Jose, California, Eileen will oversee a team of recruitment and customer support specialists to ensure that new clients have an optimum experience with the contractors they hire, and that contractors have a seamless experience with LexInsight.

With over 7 years of recruiting experience within traditional brick and mortar agencies as well as with HR and sales. Eileen brings a unique perspective to the industry. She excels in developing innovative customer outreach initiatives, as well as cultivating client and contractor relationships, leading teams, and building internal employee onboarding programs.
Eileen started her career in HR and Staffing nearly ten years ago onsite with a manufacturing company serving as an HR representative. She later moved to Robert Half International, where she spent the majority of her career. She also worked for a small Silicon Valley based start-up managing a sales team. Her tenure in the industry has allowed her to have a proven track record in providing the highest level quality and service.
