Kira Systems announced today it will be working with global law firm Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP. Davis Polk will use Kira’s artificial intelligence-enabled software for document review during the due diligence process on M&A transactions.
Kira is machine-learning software that processes due diligence data rooms, assists attorneys with identification of contract provisions frequently reviewed during M&A due diligence, and makes available workflow tools to streamline the due diligence process. Kira facilitates the due diligence process, increasing accuracy and efficiency, and serves to supplement the legal review and analysis conducted by Davis Polk lawyers.
