CASEpeer legal software announces new integration with CalendarRules
USA/Canada News

CASEpeer logoCASEpeer legal software announced today the release of a new court calendaring feature available to its users. CASEpeer, a legal technology company based in Newport Beach, now integrates with CalendarRules, a service that provides rules based calendaring for jurisdictions across the United States.

This new integration allows attorneys to automatically schedule critical deadlines, directly from their case management software.

According to research collected by the American Bar Association, over twenty percent of legal malpractice claims are a result of administrative errors. These include calendaring mistakes and missed filings or appearances. Attorneys using the CalendarRules integration in CASEpeer will have access to up-to-date deadlines in their jurisdictions of choice.

CalendarRules’ mission is to provide the latest, most accurate court rules to law firms in real time. Users can calculate cascading deadlines based on a trigger date, such as a trial. If someone changes that trigger date in CASEpeer, CalendarRules will suggest updates to the related events.

All events appear in the CASEpeer calendar, or can be merged into a user’s calendar of choice.

“CASEpeer’s dedication to the case management needs of plaintiff’s attorneys was very impressive” said Scott Davis, CEO and founder of CalendarRules. “They have a unique handle on the requirements of the plaintiff’s bar, and the way they naturally and thoroughly integrated the rules was equally impressive. We can’t wait to roll the rules out to more of their users."

“We know deadlines keep trial attorneys up at night,” said Darren Fancher, CASEpeer CEO. “It’s important for legal calendaring tools to be highly accurate, and dynamic when things change. After working for years to find the right solution, we are excited to be working with CalendarRules to provide this service to our clients.”

CASEpeer is a cloud-based case management software designed specifically for plaintiffs’ law firms. They are committed to providing attorneys with a comprehensive case and practice management solution.
