City firm go site wide with Sysero Current Awareness
The Knowledge Team at Nabarro have been using news feeds to deliver customised content to their fee earners for a number of years. One of the main tools they use for this is the cloud based aggregation service, Sysero Current Awareness. In the last 6 months SyseroCA has evolved into a platform that allows Nabarro to combine automatic news aggregation with the manual creation of news alerts.
As part of the upgrade, SyseroCA was migrated onto Microsoft’s Azure platform, providing Nabarro with the confidence to expand the use of the system to more than 150 fee earners.
During a recent Knowledge Fair held by Nabarro in their Sheffield Office there were a number of 20 minute presentations, a popular session was called " The one email update wonder : making email information a thing of the past”. “Sysero allows us to combine subscription content with other specialised news sources so that we can add fee earners favourite sites to the alert” says Pamela Wolffsohn, the Head of the Nabarro Knowledge Centre. “We can replace all the other alerts with one we manage centrally, cutting down on work for fee earners. “
