UK News

UCLogic logoFollowing the announcement from Google that they are shutting down their Reader service from July 1st, UC logic are pleased to announce they are offering a free migration path to their news aggregator Sysero Current Awareness.  SyseroCA has been designed specifically for law firms, and has recently been upgraded to run on Microsoft's cloud solution, Windows Azure.

Azure provides industrial strength resilience and scalability, allowing the system to support thousands of news feeds and 10,000's of users.

“We know many firms use Google Reader to aggregate their news sources and may have built practice and client based news aggregations using the product” said UC Logic MD Phil Ayton, “using Google TakeOut we can migrate user's feeds into SyseroCA in a few minutes.”  As well as allowing firms to group news feeds by practice and sector, SyseroCA provides Firms with the ability to setup real time news monitors for the Firm, its clients and competitors.

Additional functionality for creating email templates has been included in the upgrade with an on-line template editor included to allow knowledge workers to create custom news alerts.  SyseroCA includes a powerful search engine and encourages individual users to tailor their alerts to monitor for events effecting their clients, partners and competitors.

For firms who have embraced SharePoint, SyseroCA includes SharePoint Webparts that support SharePoint 2007, 2010 and the new 2013 release.  UC Logic also provides SharePoint features to synchronise user accounts, allow internal RSS feeds to be added as news sources and build in-house subscription services.  Subscribers also benefit from services that turn websites and newsletters into o-line news sources.
