OchreSoft proves hot property for Slater & Gordon Lawyers

Legal workflow specialist, OchreSoft, has announced details of its first win of 2013. It has been appointed by Top 50 law firm, Slater & Gordon Lawyers (S&G) (Formerly Russell Jones & Walker Solicitors), to deliver its Intelliworks™ Conveyancing software across S&G's Property team.

The project, which has already gone live just five weeks after signing, saw the roll-out of a complete end-to-end Conveyancing solution comprising OchreSoft's Cloud-based content-enabled workflow system and an S&G branded portal for clients and agents. With increasing volumes of conveyancing business falling out of S&G's existing partnerships with membership organisations, the head of the property team Peter Klim was keen to maintain the highest degree of operational efficiency, compliance and client care.

We wanted it to extend well beyond workflow to embrace legal content, manage integration to other parties in the transaction such as the SDLT submission to HMRC and most importantly offer an online portal for our clients.
