Tiger Eye Release Latest ‘KM Conversations’ Interview Focusing On KM, Efficiency and Productivity with Jenni Tellyn

Speaking with Tiger Eye’s Managing Director, Dave Wilson, Tellyn shares insights from her twenty years in the legal landscape, from leading KM and efficiency initiatives at firms such as White & Case, Stephenson Harwood and Allen and Overy, to more recently providing KM consultancy to firms both independently and with 3Kites Limited.

Within the thirty-minute KM Conversations discussion, Wilson and Tellyn explore the ever-changing role of knowledge management from an efficiency and productivity perspective. During the video interview, Tellyn also discusses her own experience with the billable hour model and its impact on knowledge sharing initiatives. A variety of other key legal knowledge management themes are also covered during the discussion, with Tellyn sharing advice on how Knowledge Leaders can accurately measure and report on the impact of their work.
