LawBid.co.uk, the online innovation that puts a panel of solicitors in front of clients seeking legal representation at best value, has been nominated at Big Chip 2018, the longest-running digital industry awards outside London.
From their offices in Manchester, Kid Harwood, the founder of LawBid.co.uk, said this was proof of mainstream recognition for the benefit to consumers and the legal profession alike. “Being nominated at the Big Chip shows that consumers are really taking notice of the advantages of using LawBid to secure reliable legal services, at a price that represents best value for them. It’s also delivering new business to the legal profession, in a way that serves solicitors well, and helps them engage with the digital marketplace, a key part of developing the industry, according to reports published by both the Competition & Markets Authority and the Law Society itself.”

LawBid has been acclaimed throughout the UK, most recently winning the innovation category at the Law Society in Birmingham Awards in March. The online platform has been praised by clients for seamlessly matching them with a panel of solicitors who are already briefed and eager to take on their case.
