An integral element of the Elite Enterprise Business Management Solution, 3E provides strong workflow and automation capabilities and a scalable foundation built to help firms manage all operational aspects of their business.
Delivered by the Thomson Reuters Elite Education Services team, the 3E Certification Program helps ensure that users of the market-leading solution obtain the knowledge and training to maximize their firm’s investment and helps to build a solid foundation for each law firm’s continued success.
The Thomson Reuters Elite Education Services team will deliver a customized certification program that is perfectly tailored to each firm’s specific roles and responsibilities. The Elite team will work closely with each firm to create the proper curriculum, training, and testing that delivers optimum results. Designed to maximize a firm’s 3E investment, the 3E Certification Program will boost productivity and improve operations by increasing employee satisfaction and building long-term dedication to the firm. The program also will build a platform for further improvement of an employee’s level of expertise and, in turn, increase client confidence and peace of mind through better trained employees.
The 3E Certification Program can be delivered through classroom, online, and onsite training. Classroom training is available at a Thomson Reuters facility and is the foundation of all training. This can be supplemented by webinars and online education that is fully instructor-led and encompasses lecture, demonstration, and software integration. Onsite training is also offered by Education Services trainers at a firm’s premises. Elite offers several training plans, including 3E Core, 3E Invoice Management, 3E Accounts Payable, and 3E General Ledger.
Firms who embark on the 3E Certification Program can become fully certified by taking and passing an exam or by attending a 10-day Boot Camp training process followed by a certification exam.
