Ascertus Launches ChalkTalk, Training Webinars for iManage Work End-users
Global News

Ascents logoEnd-user training is critical to optimising investment in technology systems, but often after the initial emphasis post implementation, organisations struggle to continue with such initiatives.

Ascertus is launching free training for users of iManage Work at its customer organisations to help them better understand the key functionalities offered by the system and derive the most efficiency and productivity benefits from the technology.

Designed in the style of top tips, these demonstration-led, 30 minute webinars will focus on practical areas such as search, email management, mobility and so on. These training sessions will highlight useful features within the core functionalities that will make users’ life easy on a day-to-day basis. For instance, with reference to conducting searches in iManage Work, many users aren’t aware that using metadata for searches is a quick and efficient way of locating content.

With the first event scheduled in September 2016, this rolling webinar series is ideal for users who are looking for a refresher course in iManage Work; as well as for those individuals who are users, but haven’t had the opportunity for formal training on the system.

“Support is a key element of our offering,” says Jon Wainwright, Sales Director at Ascertus Limited. “Over and above the core IT support services we provide, these training webinars are a value added offering to help individual users to simplistically and conveniently adopt a more enriched approach to using iManage Work. Cumulatively, an enhanced use of the solution will deliver a stronger return on investment for our customers in iManage and Ascertus alike.”
