HighQ to launch Collaborate version 4 at ILTACON 2016

Collaborate 4 will be available to new and existing customers from 5th September 2016 and HighQ will be demonstrating the new version at the ILTACON 2016 educational conference in National Harbor, MD from 28th August – 1st September 2016.

Collaborate 4 sees a major evolution of the already market-leading platform that introduces a completely new user experience, significantly improved performance and hundreds of customer requested enhancements to deliver a next generation platform for law firm collaboration, file sharing, project management and legal process optimisation. Completely redesigned to deliver a truly market-leading experience for users to drive efficiency, productivity and help people get their work done.

Highlights of the release include: 

  • Upgraded user experience including support for a multi-lingual user interface and a new global navigation
  • New full-screen file viewer with custom document metadata and support for annotations
  • Support for over 150 file types including specialised DICOM medical images and AutoCAD files
  • Significantly enhanced file handling with full support for multiple file selection, drag and drop and bulk adding metadata
  • New thumbnail view for files to display previews of images and the first page of documents
  • Expanded structured data and process optimisation module, iSheets, to improve efficiency and usability
  • New inline editing in the Wiki and Tasks modules for seamless and efficient knowledge capture and task management
  • Improved activity streams with dynamic link previews, tailored content metadata and more powerful filtering
  • New user “mini-cards” for quick interaction and access to essential contact details as well as improved people profiles
  • Improvements to search with advanced faceted filtering, enhanced performance and search-as-you-type results
  • New engaging header images in the Blog module with ability for admins to change the author and published date of posts
  • Significant usability, performance and responsiveness improvements across every module in the platform

HighQ customers previewed the new release at the HighQ Forum, London in June and have had access to a beta version since then. The feedback has been incredibly positive and customers are eager to roll-out the new version to take advantage of the new features and stunning user experience to transform their collaboration and client engagement initiatives.
