Global News

Catalyst logoThe results of a just-completed survey on multi-matter management will be released on Tuesday, June 28, 1 p.m. Eastern, during a free webinar presented by Catalyst and Bloomberg BNA Legal.

The survey was conducted by Gregory Buckles, founder and principal consultant of the EDJ Group Inc., who will present the results and compare them to the findings of his 2013 multi-matter survey.

Members of the media are welcome to attend the webinar, Lower Discovery Costs by Improving Litigation Management. There is no cost to register.

In addition to the survey, the webinar will discuss innovative measures in-house counsel are taking to reduce litigation costs. Panelists will discuss technologies that enable legal departments to streamline discovery through a cross-matter approach, including multi-matter repositories and technology assisted review. They will also discuss pitfalls that corporate counsel encounter in managing e-discovery and best practices for gaining consistency and reducing redundant work across all a company’s cases.
