Bingham selects HighQ Collaborate for client services

Bingham McCutchen LLP, a global law firm with more than 800 lawyers, has chosen HighQ Collaborate for its client services solution. HighQ Collaborate is a cloud-based collaboration platform that allows secured workspaces to be set up which authorized users within and outside a network can access. Bingham has utilized this technology as a way to share sensitive information without using e-mail, so lawyers and their clients feel safer while meeting.

Tracy Elmblad, Bingham’s chief information officer, said, “We are impressed with the product. Collaborate offers a cost-effective portal with an intuitive interface that is geared toward ease of use for our clients and our internal users.”

Added Peggy Stulberg, Bingham’s director of ediscovery and practice technology: “Collaborate provides a secure and convenient platform to access and share information both internally and externally with our clients.  Creating and maintaining sites has proven to be an easy process, the learning curve is minimal, and end-user feedback has been positive.”

Gina Lynch, Bingham’s firmwide director of knowledge services, explained that the firm is utilizing and leveraging the technology for internal collaboration. “HighQ has helped open up internal collaboration across practice groups and client teams,” she said.
