Although not yet formerly announced, Thomson Reuters Elite's Cary Burch will step down as CEO, with immediate effect. Burch joined the company in September 2010. A spokesman of the company confirmed this news to Legal IT Professionals and commented: "Cary Burch recently transitioned from the Elite business into a role within Thomson Reuters as a senior vice president of Innovation."
"The Elite business, while effectively conducting business as usual under the continued management of Allison Guidette, senior vice president and managing director of Large Law Firms, is actively pursuing a permanent managing director for Elite, with plans to announce this new leader in early 2014."
