Service Allows for Private, Secure and Searchable Information Management Platform

D4, LLC, a national provider of eDiscovery, digital investigations, information management and security solutions to law firms and corporations, announced today the immediate nationwide availability of its new cloud storage platform, Preservation Vault.

Preservation Vault is a Cloud Storage solution that enables Records and Information Management teams to store their documents in a secure, searchable location. Once the documents are uploaded into Preservation Vault, they are fully indexed, accessible from any internet location and can be searched using forensic-level search tools.

Preservation Vault is hosted in D4’s Rochester-based state-of-the-art tier-three data center and offers a private cloud environment that meets government regulations such as The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). Accessed through a SSL-encrypted connection, Preservation Vault offers audit trails and rich reporting capabilities. Preservation Vault’s robust document management tools ensure safety and security of information.
