Am Law 100 Firm Implements Enterprise Search and Email Management Across 18 Worldwide Offices

Recommind, a leader in unstructured data management, analysis and governance technology, today announced that Am Law 100 firm, Baker Donelson, has chosen Recommind’s solutions to power enterprise search and email management to seamlessly connect its 18 offices worldwide.

Baker Donelson will integrate Recommind’s Decisiv™ Search with Microsoft SharePoint, giving the firm’s 1,500 employees, including 675 attorneys and public policy advisors the flexibility to search internal and external data sources with a single query, to quickly find necessary information which is then automatically organized by concept. In addition, Baker Donelson will pilot Decisiv Email, Recommind’s robust and uniquely powerful solution for email management. By filing email messages accurately and automatically, Decisiv Email has been proven to increase productivity while reducing the risk of litigation and eDiscovery.
